Shipping
All items US orders ship free ground shipping from USPS. If you require a different shipping method, please reach out to our support on our contact page or at han@goodsvintage.com.
All international orders will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for shipping return costs and a 10% restocking fee is included.
If your restocking fee is over $35 dollars, please contact me to set up a return manually.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders (resized jewelry)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can y'all resize an item for me?
Unfortunately, we do not do resizing for our jewelry unless it is explicitly stated in the description.
When can I expect my items?
We ship out our items twice a week - once on Wednesday and once on Saturday. If you need something shipped quickly, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
